1. How do I access the tip?

Direct your mouse over the lightglobe icon on the top right of your screen. The first time you check the tip it can take some computers up to twenty seconds to access the tip. The tip stays on the screen until you move your mouse away.

2. My screen doesn't show the entire page, what's wrong?

The best way to view this site is by having your screen set to 800 by 600 pixels. You can change your settings (using Windows 95 or 98) by right clicking on your desktop, selecting properties and then selecting settings. Move the toggle in the screen area until it shows 800 by 600.

3. The text on my screen comes up with the apostrophes showing as i, what's wrong?
